Hi, I’m Lisa. Thanks for checking out my blog!
I write about my journey with infertility and the faith that has kept me going through it. I hope my stories and reflections bring you comfort and encouragement as you walk your own journey.
I live with my amazing husband, Tom, and our daughter, CJ (conceived after 3 rounds of IVF), on the gorgeous California Central Coast.
(We understand that seeing pictures of our daughter may be difficult for some readers. Out of respect for those of you still in the infertility trenches, we do not post pictures of our daughter here. If you are interested in hearing more about her or my pregnancy, you can head over to my personal blog).
We have a sweet orange tabby cat named Hemingway, and he’s quite possibly the most spoiled cat in the world.

My eBooks and Course
I’ve written and self-published two eBooks: 31 Days of Prayer During Infertility and 31 Days of Scripture During Infertility. They’re each a collection of devotionals and prayer journaling exercises designed to help you pray and immerse yourself in Scripture during infertility.
Where Else You Can Find Me
I also contributed an essay to Not Alone: A Literary and Spiritual Companion for Those Confronted with Infertility and Miscarriage, edited by Jessica Snell and published in 2015 by Kalos Press.
If you’d like to hear more about our story, you can view video and listen to the audio of an interview my husband and I gave at a local church. It was part of a sermon on waiting on the Lord. The message starts at 34:55 and our interview at 47:15. We also gave a follow-up interview a year later, after the birth of our daughter.
