My egg retrieval yesterday went pretty well. We arrived at 9:15am and were out of there by 11:30am.
The anesthesiologist had trouble getting my IV in during my first retrieval, but this time it was very easy.
I remember saying “See you later” as he put me under, and the next thing I knew I was awake in the recovery room with my husband.

The “after” picture
We retrieved 17 eggs and we should find out today how many were mature and fertilized. I’m feeling like I got punched in the stomach, but okay other than that.
Thanks for all the prayers and well-wishes!
