Each month I share new and soon-to-be-released books from major publishers that deal with emotional, physical, or spiritual issues that arise during infertility, loss, and adoption. I haven’t read these books yet, so I’m not endorsing any of them, but I do want to make you aware of what’s new. Enjoy!
The Way of Grace: Finding God on the Path of Surrender by Glandion Carney with Marjean Brooks. Foreword by Richard Foster.
Amazon’s description says this book introduces us to spiritual practices than can ” can carry us through difficult days: acceptance, relinquishment, community, simplicity and more.” Sounds good to me!
Forever Mom: What to Expect When You’re Adopting by Mary Ostyn
Ostyn adopted six children in nine years (in addition to raising four biological children). I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely interested in hearing from someone who has been through the process that many times!
The Baby Chase: How Surrogacy is Transforming the American Family by Leslie Morgan Steiner
This book is being released in paperback. From what the reviews says, it focuses a lot on the surrogacy industry overseas- specifically in India.
Do any of these books look interesting to you? Or, have you read any of them? Please share your thoughts in the comments below.
