Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some looking-back posts: my top posts, my favorite posts, a round-up of guest posts, and anything else that floats my boat!
Today I’m starting off with the top 10 most popular posts as determined by number of pageviews this year. It’s always interesting for me to look back and see which ones had the most views. I’m also inviting you to link up your most popular post of the year at the end in the comments. Enjoy!
1. 10 Practical Ways to Prepare for IVF. I wrote this on an airplane on New Year’s Day last year, so I love the fact that my first post of the year was also the most popular!
2. 90+ Infertility Bloggers Who Share Their Stories. This was my submission for this year’s National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW) blog.
3. When Your Husband Doesn’t Understand the Emotions of Infertility. I’m really proud of my husband for writing this piece. It’s kind of gone nuts on Pinterest.
4. Results of Our 3rd IVF Cycle. This is the post where I announced that our 3rd IVF cycle was successful. It was so overwhelming to receive such support from all of you. I’m still immensely grateful.
5. 21 Quotes to Help You Survive Infertility. A collection of quotes from 21 of my interviews this year.
6. 31 Days of Scripture During Infertility Introduction. This is the intro post to this year’s 31 Days series. It focuses on reading Scripture during infertility.
7. Church & Infertility: Ask a Pastor. I was extremely thankful to have three pastors from different backgrounds tell their own personal infertility stories and share insight on how the church can better serve people going through infertility.
8. Beauty & Infertility: Nikol’s Story. I interviewed Nikol, a beauty professional, about her struggles with infertility back in February. Since then, Nikol has become a true friend and I really admire her generous spirit and her unique sense of style, optimism, and honesty.
9. Jenn’s Unexplained Infertility Story. I loved sharing Jenn’s story, especially since she’s a librarian like me. I’m so glad it was among the most popular posts.
10. Maya’s Embryo Donation Story. Maya has an incredible story, and she and her husband are making an incredible documentary to go with it. Be sure to check out her interview if you missed it the first time around.
There you have it! My top 10 most popular posts of 2015.
